This year’s theme We Go Together, is for the ones who are ready to come alive again. So many of us feel a little numb. We’ve each lost something or felt disappointed over the past few years and now we are needing a new way to move forward. We need a fresh start.

In It To Win It

Is it possible to disagree socially or politically and yet love unconditionally?
Many Christians reacted to political and cultural shifts in recent years with a relentless drive to win. But Jesus does not call his church to beat others. Jesus is building a kingdom that spreads through sacrifice rather than conquest. Jesus teaches that to gain life we need to lose it. Jesus gave everything he had to give, for people who loved him and people who hated him – equally. We are his body. Our purpose is not to win, but we are called to something else entirely. That 'something else' is what this book + class are about.
Try to form ideological, political, and social perspectives through the lens of faith. Learn curiously, listen intentionally, and love unconditionally. And see how Jesus’ life and teachings apply to today’s political and social dynamics.
