Meets: Thursdays 9:15am -11am (January 12 - February 16) Location: UCCM Parlor Drawing on the imagery of the natural rhythms of the created order, Sacred Rhythms explores the practices that spiritual seekers and growing disciples have used throughout history to grow closer to God. Each of the 6 sessions offers teaching and spiritual guidance on specific practices, allowing participants to experience each discipline and incorporate it into their lives. Meets: The First Thursday of every month in the morning (9:30am -11am) and the third Thursday of every month in the evening (7:30pm - 9pm) Location: Thursday AM - UCCM Meeting Room Thursday PM - UCCM Parlor Being a Mom is hard! MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) & MOMSNext (Mothers of school aged children k-12) recognize that creating space for connection remains essential in this journey of motherhood - especially in this time as we come out of a global pandemic! This year’s theme We Go Together, is for the ones who are ready to come alive again. So many of us feel a little numb. Knitting For Others

Meets: The second Tuesday of the month from 7pm - 8:30pm and the third Monday of the month from 9:30am - 11am Location: UCCM Parlor We enjoy fellowship, we knit something beautiful, and pray for those who will receive our creations. Prayerful Yoga

Meets: Tuesdays at 8:30am and Fridays at 9:30am Location: UCCM Great Room Bring your mat and join us as we dedicate our practice to connecting deeply to the Holy Spirit within each and every one of us with every breath we take and every move we make. Through alignment-based movement, we will increase lung capacity, lubricate joints, lengthen and strengthen muscles, release stress, and enhance blood circulation. Meet Tayne!
