As promised at the Annual Meeting, below is the link to the four UCC videos "Stretching Beyond: Diversity in the Search and Call Process" that the PST has viewed and discussed in preparation for their search for a new Co-Lead Pastor of Community Life and Worship. They were asked to share this link so that members of the congregation can get a sense of what the PST is doing to prepare to start interviewing candidates.
